If you are a homeowner or potential homeowner, we collect personally identifying information from you through our Sites, including but not limited to your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and information about your home and moving plans. We also collect your e-mail address if you register to receive our newsletter, Home Owner Tips, as well as the email addresses of others that you voluntarily provide to us as part of our "Tell A Friend" service (which we use to send an email inviting the recipient to use our services). If you are a service provider interested in preparing market evaluations, estimated selling price ranges, home listing information, etc. for Realty Direct Franchise Corporation, we collect your contact and professional information, including but not limited to your name, company, address, phone number and e-mail address.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS
