The Cash Flow for Life™ Program provides compensation to agents who recruit other agents into Realty Direct. It is based on compensating agents a percentage of each transaction based on the level the agent is in relative to the sponsor. The system compensates down to 5 levels. This compensation provides agents a reward for helping the office grow and continues reaping the benefits as if they had built their own business. It also provides other benefits:

	Retirement
	Beneficiary

That is right, not only can an agent make great commissions as an active top producing agent, but can also retire from it and even pass the income over to a beneficiary.

Realty Direct is excited to offer programs that focus on growing agents and their income. There are other programs that have similar incentives, but most base compensation off of profits. Not Realty Direct. Realty Direct uses gross commissions which is easy to calculate and generally a lot larger of an incentive to agents.

The Cash Flow for Life ™ Program is created from the pooling of 7% of gross commissions from each transaction. Once a month, a residual transaction report is generated based on the levels of sponsorship and completed transactions of the sponsorship program for a sponsor. The Cash Flow for Life report is generated with the monthly check for residuals calculated.
